What do you think of all the anti-bacterial products?
I think for the most part it's bad to use too much anti-bacterial products (bad for the environment AND creates more resistant bacteria), and I don't think they are necessary in most applications. I'm talking about normal home use, of course-medical use, restaurants, food processing/packing companies and public places etc excluded as their needs are obviously different.
Examples: using an anti-bacterial toilet cleaner. Um, what's the point?
An automatic soap dispenser-you touch the pump BEFORE you wash your hands, so why is an automatic dispenser beneficial? Plus the soap it contains is anti-bacterial. I think that's a total scam and is horrible for the environment, as it uses batteries and it creates more plastic trash-not to mention the harsh chemicals.
Anti-bacterial soaps have been proven not to have benefit over regular soaps.
Dishwashing liquids-??
Floor cleaning products-??
