I have what are clearly OLD self-harm scars on my wrist from over a year ago and I've never done it since. It's very inconvenient to always try to hide them (especially during warmer months), and I'd like to know what people would think if they see them?

I wouldn't judge, as I got to know the person better I may ask about them. Everyone has there own story.
I would probably feel a little pity for the person's past and what caused them to do so in the first place, but would be happy for them for overcoming their self-harm period.
I wouldn't think too much of it. It is a sign that life was likely hard for them at some point. I might be a bit concerned about what they went through but, ah, shit happens.
I'd be concerned.
Especially if they were a friend and I hadn't realised they had self-harmed in the past.
If you seem depressed as well, people might worry but they probably won't say anything. If they think you're happy, they probably won't notice too much. And if people ask, just make it clear that you're over that stage of your life.
I like to think most people wouldn't judge too harshly, as it's not uncommon.
I knew someone who had cuts on her arm and they were very noticeable so she covered them with tattoos.
