I was having a nice, humid afternoon with my brother. After playing hide and seek, we decided to go to a cafe to get ice cream. When we arrived at our nearest cafe, we greet the owner. In few minutes, we had our ice creams. Suddenly, a boy came in the café. He was a black boy, slim, maybe aged 20 or a bit more. He was wearing a cap, jeans, and shoes (irrelevant informations). The boy pulled out a cigarette from a pocket of his pants, and with much evil, comes to my brother with his cigarette and burns a nipple to him, because my brother was shirtless. I wanted to fight with the man, but I didn't want to do problems in the café. My bro was crying loudly, I put him water with alcohol in a cotton when we went home.

    That sort of thing would incite a murderous rage in me but you're instincts were probably correct not to do anything because a guy that would just walk up to a stranger, a child no less, and burn them is clearly fucked beyond belief.

    Did the store owner notice this action, did he/she do anything about it? Do your parent know this occurred? This should be reported to the authorities, this is criminal assault.

    I don't think I've ever been in an inside eating establishment where a customer was allowed to sit at a table shirtless. It's unsanitary and gross.
