What do you think about the verdict?

As the verdict came in for the George Zimmerman trial, I couldn't be happier. Gangsters can't go around whipping their dick out to see whose is bigger without consequences. Yeah, Zimmerman should never have been following Trayvon in the first place, what dumb ass follows around a black guy who is up to no good. But Trayvon is the one who confronted Zimmerman, whipped his dick out for measure, and started a fight with a creepy ass cracka for no reason (and by witness accounts, trayvon was beating the shit out of zimmerman before he even thought about pulling his gun. And according to Zimmerman, he didn't pull the gun out until Trayvon tried to reach for it, in which case he feared for his life and it was shoot or be shot).
Yet the damn black people think that Travon did nothing wrong and are asking for the head of Zimmerman on a platter. And Trayvon's family is freaking trying to sue for wrongful death. Your son started a pointless fight that he couldn't finish, GET THE FREAK OVER IT. I already hated victim-complex black people, but now so much more.

First, only black people can call each other "n-words" and now only black people can kill each other without it being racism?
I'm glad I live in an area that is mostly white and hispanic, and I don't have to deal with those racist black bastards.

I agree. 33
I disagree. 19

The racial element is COMPLETELY manufactured.

Trayvon could have been any color or race, If he behaved like he did the outcome would have been the same.

Fuck "black advocates". They have singlehandedly done more to ruin race relations in the US than the KKK.

Fuck simple-minded jerkoffs that refuse to acknowledge that it is not 1960 anymore. Black people have never had more opportunity in the world than they do now.

Fuck anyone that uses racism as an excuse for their or their culture's failures.

Fuck the race-baiting media that has practically scripted the whole thing.

Fuck Obama for sticking his fucking nose in the situation. Any respect I had for him is GONE.

I feel the same way about Obama. I admired him as a President until he had to get his two cents in about this trial and show that he too uses the racism crutch. I no longer respect him.

  • It's funny that black people shoot other gangsters who start fights with them every single day. But those victims families don't use the "if he didn't walk onto my son's gang's territory, then my son wouldn't have initiated a fight" excuse to sue for wrongful death.

And when a black gangster starts a fight with an innocent white man who then shoots him, everyone screams racism and thinks he's guilty. No one would have ever even heard of this story if Zimmerman was black.

"Gangsters can't go around whipping their dick out to see whose is bigger without consequences."

    Consequence being what? Death?

    "GET THE FREAK OVER IT"

Are you being serious? Their SON died! That is not something you just get over. How about some sensitivity? I'm sure that if a loved one of yours was murdered and you thought that justice had not been enacted, someone telling you to "get the freak over it" would not sit well. Assuming you have loved ones in your life, that is. Either way, someone was killed and the fact that you "couldn't be happier" is not only worrying but also insensitive. You're a nasty piece of work, and I'm not going to bother answering your question.

    • How the hell is being happy that an innocent person was acquitted of charges make me a bad person? Sounds like you are the nasty piece of work if you think Zimmerman needs to be punished.
Yeah, I have loved ones in my life, one of whom hangs out with horrible people. Am I going to be mad when she ends up hurt or dead, nope, she brought it upon herself. And I've told her many times that she deserves better than that.

And for the record, I would have preferred that Zimmerman didn't kill Trayvon, that way the little bitch would have been tried in adult court for assault, battery, threatening someone's life, and even attempted murder. Trayvon got off easy if you ask me.

    • Their son was a 2 bit gangster low life, by getting over it, I mean they need to accept the fact that their son isn't who they thought he was, and they need to stop trying to press legal action. And no, I don't mean consequences should certainly be death. When 2 gangsters fight, they aren't going to pull a gun, they are seeing whose dick is bigger. But when a gangster starts a fight with an innocent person, that person isn't going to fight back to see whose dick is bigger, they are defending their life in any way they can. And I would have done the same exact thing. I never wrong anyone in my life, but if a gangster ever tried to fight me for no reason, I'd explain to him that I'm not going to fight to win, i'm going to fight to defend my life and I will use lethal force and I may kill him.

  • Zimmerman is like Goetz, I stand by what they did as rightful.

You shouldn't be forced to risk your life if someone attacks you, or is clearly about to.

Zimmerman was attacked, there was blood covering half his face and the medics said it was not self inflicted.

Another dead thug who should not have crossed the line.

But really, I apologize for that, it was an accident. I was high and remembered that when I thumb people's comments down, it hides them on my screen, so I thought I was doing that when I clicked "Hide", but it ended up deleting your comment. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I still stand by all of my statements. Once Zimmerman was told by a law enforcement official to stop following Martin, it was no longer "self defense". GZ was the one pushing forward.

What does the law state about stalking, harassing and terrorizing people?

            Comment Hidden ( show )
              -
            • "F.S. §784.048, entitled Stalking; definitions; penalties,5 criminalizes stalking and provides the following definitions:

              (a) “Harasses” means to engage in a course of conduct, directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose.

              (b) “Course of Conduct” means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose.

Unless otherwise provided by law, a person commits the crime of stalking if, with intent to harass another person, the person engages in a course of conduct reasonably likely to harass that person, including but not limited to any combination of the following: “Credible threat” means a threat made with the intent to cause the person who is the target of the threat to reasonably fear for his or her safety. The threat must be against the life of, or a threat to cause bodily injury to, a person.

Florida law draws a distinction between misdemeanor stalking, punishable by up to one year in jail, and felony or aggravated stalking, punishable by up to five years in the Florida State Prison. Misdemeanor stalking requires the stalker to willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follow or harass another person. Aggravated stalking requires the stalker to willfully, maliciously, and repeatedly follow or harass another person, and make a credible threat with the intent to place that person in reasonable "

"A stalker is one who follows a victim off and on for a period of days, weeks, or even years. "

"Unlike some criminal offenses, stalking is unique as the nature of the crime poses like challenges for the prosecution and the defense. Often, the case will come down to the credibility of the victim as he or she is, more likely than not, the sole witness. Stalking victims who do not keep detailed journals of the times, dates, and actions of the stalker usually speak in vague, broad terms when describing the stalker’s activities. Players in the criminal justice system are challenged by victims who claim, “she is always following me,” “he is always there when I get off from work,” “he called me a million times last week,” and so on."

As far as the law is concerned, Zimmerman wasn't stalking Trayvon, nor was he harassing him.

Have any more proof for me that your opinion has nothing to do with the law, and that you know absolutely nothing about what you are talking about?

              Comment Hidden ( show )
            • There's nothing you can think of that the prosecutor's didn't come up with from left field and try, which the defense team then debunked.
And for the record, based on the actual evidence, no law enforcement agency was going to even charge Zimmerman, nor any court would try him, until the media got a hold of this story, and one lawyer decided to take matters into his own hands. At which point, it took 6 weeks after the incident to even get police to arrest and drum up some charges on Zimmerman. Just so they could get the formality out of the way and have a jury rightfully prove his innocence. But too bad that plan backfired on them, and now those igna'nt racist black people are madder than ever.

The Department of Justice is trying to be this case to court.

        Comment Hidden ( show )
          -
        • Like I said, no they aren't. They weren't even going to charge Zimmerman in the first place because every law enforcement agency and court knew he was innocent based on the evidence. It wasn't until SIX WEEKS after GZ killed Trayvon that the media blew up the story, and a district attorney decided to take the case and get his fifteen minutes of fame.
The only reason "they" are saying they are taking this case to federal court is to appease all of the black racists who know nothing about the law, until this dies down. And families, friends, and dumbass bullshit complete strangers can ask them to take it to federal court all they want, the department of justice isn't going to do it.

And the only "new evidence" that they can even think about trying, is to attempt to prove that this is a racially driven, orchestrated, hate crime. Because they didn't call either person's character into question in the previous trial. And the prosecution team specifically didn't want to call GZ's character into question, because then GZ's defense team could call Trayvon's character into question, which would expose him for the no good, racist, piece of crap gangster he is. And at the end of the day, if anyone is getting charged with a hate crime, it is Trayvon Martin.

Why can you live wherever you want? Because you live in America and we permit that. You live in a place where information is available to you unlike many other countries. If you bothered to investigate this case you'd know the decision was just. Instead you choose to live as if this were Iran and you can only be spoon fed information from biased sources. Wake up.

    • lol, so your conspiracy theory is that zimmerman purposely said something to a black man so that he would throw the first punch and then let himself get his ass whooped, yet still felt the need to call out for help over and over, before it FINALLY got to the point where the only thing Zimmerman could do to save himself was to shoot.

Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
