It's a hard economy these days. I was employed, independent and married all before 25. I'm glad we decided not to have kids partially because of how hard the economy is. Hopefully, a 25 year old would employed and independent, but to be fair that's harder these days and it may not happen :(.

Actually, for the first time in the modern era, living at home with your parents is the most common for 18 to 34 year olds. If you don't believe me you can look it up, the research behind it is actually really interesting.
As for my opinion, you should be exactly where you feel you should be or on your way there. As long as you are trying and putting in effort to be/become the person you want to be, nothing else really matters.
