That's just your opinion, and while you're free to have your opinion, please understand that other people are free to disagree with you as well. Why do you have to tell the person anything? It's quite rude to just come up to someone, and say, "hey, I think I'm better than you", or even worse, "I'm better than you". The best course of action is probably for you to just keep your mouth shut. You can just be smug, and just smile to yourself.
Being better than someone doesn't mean you have to tell them about it, or even prove it for that matter.
It's not easy, but, if you get that feeling whenever you're around that person or people, it's going to come out somehow. I was helping 2 female friends with issues this past year, realized how their situations, and how they carried themselves/were, wasn't what I wanted or felt on the level with. Yes, I did feel better than them, and realized it almost every time I was with either one.
Got myself away from both, one by semi-argument and the other just by decreasing contact until it was nothing, and felt so much better. Sometimes, eliminating people from your life can be that easy.
thats the wrong question
the correct question is what do you do when you KNOW youre bettern someone?
Get yourself away from him, or anyone else you feel, correctly or not, doesn't meet your standards. Life's too short to be around those you feel unworthy.
