What do you do when you can't sleep?
Another one of those nights and I just want to know.

I just lie there watching the white walls creep into a bluish hue while the unsound gears feverishly and unrelentingly turn behind my rusted eyes.
I find a comfortable position, then do a relaxation exercise imagining parts of my body feeling very heavy starting from my toes gradually working my way up. One by one, very slowly.
think of a story and drift off, or change bedrooms, a new environment helps me a lot
Suffering right now. It's 4:15am and I can tell you exactly what I'm doing. It's getting light here so I'm watching the sky, listening to the birds sing, noticing the wind blow things around on the street outside, drinking a milkshake, and typing this on IIN.
I stick fruit in my bum jump and and down and fart out a smoothie, mmmmm yummy.
I lie in my bed in hours before I fall asleep.
I might take a sleeping pill, and go back to bed. Thank God for drugs.
Depends but normally I just throw myself about the bed untill I feel my muscles feel achey and then I tense them and untense and evetually I feel knackered enough to sleep
I usually go up to bed at midnight and watch a film or TV show on my laptop. If I'm not tired after a couple of hours on there, I'll stick my iPod in.
Read a book or listen to music. Or watch a movie occasionally. Or do some coding.
read, drink tea, play with cat (he sleeps during the day),
do some fisical activity like walking, to tier me out.
I never go on a computer, or wach tv befor bed because I can never sleep after looking at a sreen.
I either listen to music or imagine scenes or stuff, like day dreaming or something
I either read or just lay there. Actually, I sometimes find that I sleep better when I put my head on the opposite side of my bed (i.e. put my feet against headrest and on pillows and put my head on other end of bed).
sometimes i read a book , sometimes i masturbate and in some extreme cases i do both .
I sometimes go on the net and do stuf there
I sometimes listen to music
I sometimes, go on Skype
Does anyone else do this? I lay on the opposite end of the bed. If that doesn't work, I'm perpendicular to the bed. If that doesn't work, I browse the internet.
Studying makes me sleepy right away. Or maybe, trying to read a boring book - a historical novel usually does the trick for me.
count back from 100. stay focused on the number it's self and nothing else.
i do all of the things listed. Sometimes if i am annoyed by something in my life i clean.
I just stare at the ceiling or something. But the weird thing is, I'm never sleepy until it's 12 midnight sharp.
