    Music. Music is awesome for relieving stress. Listening to it or playing it is the best way to work off anything on my mind.

    Also of interest, if I'm horny and I go on IIN, I'm not horny any more, more a bizarre state of anti-horny. This just seemed relevant, so I though people should know.

    Smoke a cigarette, ask myself 'can I do anything about this'-if I can't, then recognizing that fact calms me down pretty well, and if I can do something about it I confront whatever or whoever is stressing me out head on.

    My cat knows when I am stressed and sits on me for cuddles. Sometimes I exercise if my stress is mixed with anger. Usually I just breath and meditate to calm myself.

    Used to smoke cigs/weed. If I didn't have access to those back then, I'd punch stuff. My wall back home is pretty bruised cause of my temper. I'm not too strong, and those walls may be like friggin rock, but I did a number on them, let me tell you. :D

    When I get angry now, I just sit in one spot, for several minutes to a few hours, breathing and contemplating destroying stuff or kicking someones ass until I calm down. Kind of like a meditation at the same time. There are times where I hum a Hare Krishna mantra to myself when I'm angry and it really helps.
