Mom and Dad, but I sometimes like to do variations and call my mom: mother dearest, mumsy, mama, or mommy.
Mam and my father by his first name. Sometimes I call him dad. I love them both tenderly <3
Mawski & Pawski. It came from a joke about all things Polish ending in -ski, & previously I called them Maw & Paw. :D
Sometimes Ma. Sometimes momma. Sometimes mother. I always call daddy daddy though ^_^
i call them mummy and daddy most of the time
but sometimes da and ma and mum and dad
it depends.
I call my them mum and well I called my dad by his first name. We don't have contact with him anymore though

I use.... mother (when I'm particularly annoyed), mum, ma, and mama... dad and (occasionally) daddy.
I call my mother Mom and I call my birthfather by his first name, Monty.
My mom is mom. My dad, well i sort of alternate between don and dad, not to be offensive, just joking around
I call them Gammy and Pop Pop. I used to call them Mom and Dad but once the grandkids were born they just became Gammy and Pop Pop.
