What do you call this?

I hate it when people call soda "SODA POP". I just want to punch them in the face

Ireland = fizzy drinks

umm.. carbonated beverages.. lol

I call it by the brand, like Sprite, Coke, Pepsi, ect.

Australia = Soft drink. No exceptions.

Pretty sure its regional...

In Canada, we normally call it "pop", but sometimes I refer to it as soda.

In the thumb area of Michigan, where I live, it's pretty common to call it "pop".

I'm from Oklahoma, so it's pretty normal for us to call everything "Coke," even if it's Sprite, Mountain Dew, Dr. Pepper, whatever. [:

Growing up in Minnesota I always referred to it as pop but over the last few years I've been saying soda. Same thing happened going from saying supper to saying dinner.
