What do i do if my girlfriend carried our kid shirtless regardless?

I wrote "regardless", because it was really cold in this city of south hemisphere and after we discussed very "high" with my girlfriend, she carried away our son, but shirtless (he was playing shirtless indoors). I'm so sad.

      I read it as the child was shirtless and the parents were high.

      So unfit parents, but not for the reason you specified.
