So there's this guy ive know him for a year and a we've been intimate at first it was just friends with benefits but now I know that we both have vibes for each other but We both don't think it will work out and havent admitted our feelings, but I don't know what to do the more time I spend with him the more we keep on getting used to each other, but my feelings might get hurt if I fall to deeply

Nothing ventured nothing gained. If your relationship won't last, it won't. So why not give it a try and see where it goes. You might be pleasantly surprised. Nothing really to lose. Go for it.
I don't understand why "Leave him" has received the most votes, because I see no reason why you would do that at this stage.
However, I do think you should aim for some clarification with him: obviously you have feelings for him but if as you say neither of you is admitting your feelings, there's no way you can know what his feelings are for you.
Getting close to anyone always carries a risk of being hurt, that's just life. If I were you I'd be clear with him about your feelings and take it from there: at least you'll know where you stand with him.
