So I have this guy friend and these past couple of weeks we've been hanging out a lot late at night until like 5 in the morning... We have a great time together and we're laughing constantly the entire time. Sometimes I feel like there's definitely a connection between us and I'd love to explore the possibilities, but he has a girlfriend. Does it say something that he never brings her up when we're together, that we hang out until like 5 in the morning and stay up talking late on nights that we're not together? Or is this just a one sided thing?

    Think of it like this. He has a girlfriend he is neglecting to stay up late and talk to another girl. It is possible he likes you, however, he probably also liked his girlfriend, if not does. This means that he likely acts on infatuation or 'horniness'. Just something to consider before calling yourself 'star crossed lovers' that fate has decided to taunt.
    He is with someone that he doesn't seem to be treating well, would you want to be his girlfriend and have him talking like this with some other girl? That maybe where you're heading.

    It is nice you have a friend you can do that with. But don't you think he should be spending more time with his gf instead of giving you all the attention? Think about this. Do you really like the idea of a guy liking you more than his own gf? If he can do that to her, he can do that to you. Unless his gf is never around, busy all the time, I don't know. I see this getting complicated.
