I get a lot of looks and some smiles but I want to know what girls say if they see a boy shirtless with a nice chest.
It depends. If I'm at the pool, the beach, etc. where it's appropriate or expected, then sure, it CAN be sexy. Otherwise, if you're shirtless just to try to be sexy, TURN OFF.
Most probably think, "boyslut" or "ewwwe" or even "yuck". Keep your shirt on boy, until you are a man.

I don't say anything as it does not arouse me unless I am deeply and emotionally connected to that person. But, having girl friends for the majority of my life a lot of them react positively. They gawk and drool and often times obsess with phrases such as, "omg did you see that guy?!"
The ones that are into that sort of thing tend to think it is hot, but only if the male has a good body. If it counts, I never was interested in the shirtless male. I could care less.
What is that woman doing with her shirt off?!
