Well God didn't make all that bad stuff happen, I think the devil did... if there was no evil we wouldn't be tired of evil, would we? If there was always good we would want evil.. and so there's evil in the world, we try to fix it. We all have done bad things in our lives.. and we try to fix it or regret it later. I'm sorry for your loss :P God already let you control your own life, it's up to you what you want to do with it, to either be on the path of good or evil... I'm pretty sure your BFF is in heaven and your wife is too, if she died.. sorry ;'(... I've had lots of things in life that was bad that happened to me but there was no one to blame it on. Why should I blame someone for being stupid and they just go and decide to kill my stepsis/bro's dad? I dunno, but I forgive them...I hate them though.. I'm pretty sure they're in jail, but whatever, stuff happens I guess. I feel bad about saying this but there are more worse things in life than probably what I or you said.. ;\

I love it when it changes to pink and purple at sunset and orangey yellow in the morning. But I love how it is. I wouldn't want to change it to any particular permanent colour.

Out of those options; purple. If the sky changed to a warm colour all day, sunrises and sunsets would no longer be special, and I'm sure it would have an adverse impact upon humanity mentally because we're so used to a cool, crisp blue sky. A red or orange sky might seem threatening or anxiety inducing, as colours influence our psyche more than people realize. Because the sky already becomes black at night and because if it was green the trees wouldn't stand out, purple is the best choice. Besides, it's just as close to blue as green is, but has even more "personality". I don't think I'd change it though. I love it blue, but maybe I'd just vary the hue from time to time from indigo/periwinkle through to almost teal.

The sky is "clear". Think about it: the sky is the atmosphere reflecting light into our eyes, and the atmosphere is just regular air; clear. The particles that make up the atmosphere are mostly colourless, they just reflect the blue light, and scatter the rest. There's no colour change you could do that would make the planets visible during the day. When there's no light at night to reflect off the particles, you get to see the universe in all its glory. If there was no atmosphere, it would always be "night", but we'd be dead :/
