What are your thoughts on the new show shezow on hub?

They recently made a new show on the hub. The show is called SHEZOW. It is about a "Tran-sexual" super hero. Well how the reviews described it. The show is about a rough and tough 12 year old boy who favorite saying is "Its a guy thing". He one day comes across a power ring but discovers the ring was only meant to be worn by females. So he becomes the super hero Shezow in full female attire with long hair, lipstick, high heels and all. When he is not using the power ring he is his normal boyish self. The market audience is age 9-14. So basically he is a cross-dresser. What are your opinions on this show?

Notice how the "saggy tits" are connected to a piece of fabric that hangs on Buggs' arms? I think its like some form of shawl. Underneath it is a piece of clothing that wraps around Buggs' chest.

looks quite hilarious, seems like it would be funnier to an older audience though, considering its about a crossdressing super hero. Then again, i knew a boy in elementary school who dressed up as raggedy ann for halloween, and everyone else in my 5th grade class thought it was hilarious.

Never saw it before, although I just watched a clip on YouTube. That animation is so shit. Cheap flash rubbish. The golden age of kids TV has passed :*(

Anyway, seems to me like it's just a bit of fun, and I expect the gender-bending provides a lot of jokes.

I find it funny that something like that would offend some people.

Honestly, I'd let kids watch it just to see their reaction. Call it a mild curiosity experiment on how it effects the tendency of what's normal in the brain, kind of like how in america when racism in the 1950's was found to be normal and where kids didn't know any better and were more likely to act in which the way they were raised (I'm not from america so someone correct me if I'm wrong).

    • You know it seems wrong that you would make your children watch something you believe would have a bad impact. Encouraging children to be racist is not a good thing. Yes people were very racist in the past. It was for most races though. People are still racist in cartoons today. I think stereotypes are a way to point out what type of race the character is suppose to be. Though in the past they did tend to go over board. I have watched old cartoons from the 50s and things that were banned.

Sadly your wrong. Don't assume kid. I never said I'd let "MY" kids watch something of that nature, nor do I approve of racism (it was a mere example). But I would like to see the experiment on how children shows would impact the tendency of what they would think, morally. Kind of like how children think violence is o.k. due to the fact that almost anything you watch has some sort of violence, you getting what I mean?

        • That experiment seems unethically.

You're entitled to your opinion, but I still think it's an experiment worth documenting on human, child psychology.
