Dark chocolate! The 70% cocoa bars are delicious. Anything above 85% cocoa is quite bitter.

  I love darker chocolates too.
  But I must tell you I've tried 90%... that's just for posers, I guess. I can't imagine anyone getting used to that and actually liking it. :P

  I once ate a very large 100% cacao bar on a dare. It tasted like an ass that was dipped in old wood dust. Never eat those.

I like white, I don't like dark. But milk chocolate bars or Ben and Jerry's Chocolate flavour is all I eat between meals. I get cravings. It's the best food.

I only buy 80 or 85% cocoa content because I can't eat a lot of it, but I love the small amount I do eat.

What's more, I can fool myself that all that research saying it's good for us wasn't done by the chocolate companies

I only allow myself to eat chocolate when Im on my period. The last time I binged on chocolate was when my mom bought a 52oz bag of chocolate from costco. It was gone in two weeks. never again.
