    I've never cared about how healthy is the food I eat. I just eat whatever I like. I skip every breakfast because I just don't feel like eating after I wake up. I eat snack, lunch and then something when I'm hungry and that's all.

    I just eat what I want to eat when I want to eat, assuming I have the food I want to eat. I'm not really gluttonous about it or anything like that, though. I eat small things throughout the day, usually just snacking on. I eat a lot of fruit, and I have a major sweet tooth. I also really like sweets aswell. I don't think I have enough balance in my diet, and I'm trying to sort that out. I can be a bit picky, although I'm open to new things. I'm a vegetarian, I don't like half the vegetables, I don't like rice or honey or nuts. Quite a lot out there I don't eat. I don't get enough variety. My eating habits vary, but you could never tell based on my weight, because that doesn't tend to change much at all. Sometimes my meals consist of something like a smoothie, so it's not always food.

    Some days are a bit more normal, but a lot of days I find myself eating a nice sized breakfast or lunch, and then I wind up grazing on salad, apples, maybe some nuts or cereal the rest of the day. I think it's mostly because I'm too lazy to cook more than once a day, hehe.

    I'm somewhere between OCD calorie counter and one meal a day is just fine. I have to count calories or I'll accidentally starve myself to death.

    it varies. During certain times of the month, I'll have 3 square meals of the day like eggs for Breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and maybe chickens for dinner and some small snacks in between or I'll eat only dinner and snack up to that because I will wake up and just leave the house to do whatever I need to do and at the end of the day, I will be shot and starving.

    I am focusing on adding more variety to my diet, more in the way of fruits and vegetables and it's been working but screwing with my digestion. I will also shamelessly eat sweets. Yep. I usually eat when I really want something to eat though as opposed to when I am hungry and this has been taking a toll on my performance at school and at work so I have been trying to make myself eat when I am hungry despite my having an appetite.

    It's not going very well.

    I notice there's not much room for people who do snack but not unhealthily. There's nothing between precisely three meals a day and "giving in" to the Cheetos. Can't I eat a cupcake once in a while without having to regret it because society says I'm either counting calories or I'm fat?

    I eat a large breakfast with high protein, for lunch I eat a medium sized plate and for dinner I eat a very small portion.

    I graze all day long. Every two hours I am snacking on something. But I'm growing a human, it requires lots of snacking. On a regular day I probably eat five small meals. I eat a lot of organic but I'm not religious about it. And I don't eat a lot of processed food. I like food in whole form.
