What are your eating habits iin?

I used to eat a lot of garbage due to being lazy. Poor too but mostly lazy. Then I figured out a solution. I buy seasoned steam in bag veggies and then I go to the deli and get some various meats sliced thick. I nuke the veggies and then add some diced meat to it. That's typical lunch and dinner. I don't usually eat breakfast. I snack on nuts, popcorn, cheese and apples instead of chips or candy. It has made a big difference for me healthwise and it was easy to implement.
I live in the south of Europe therefore I have a small so called continental-breakfast, full lunch, tea and dinner. 4 meals a day.
Let's see...for breakfast I made myself and everyone an omelet stuffed with green peppers, tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and a pinch of cinnamon. For dinner I ate steak with spicy greens and some pistachios, and for dessert I had an organic blueberry muffin, yum :). I have a craving for some sushi(either I'm going for plain tuna which is healthier, or one of the kinds of sushi that's cooked and drizzled with spicy mayo *o*, or stuffed crust pizza even though I'm watching my weight) in the days ahead..
Perma-bulk. So last night I had chicken, roast potatoes green beans, carrots and half a bread roll, then about an hour later I had a bag of frozen party sausage rolls, a bag of tortilla chips and half a tub of ice cream.
Nowadays I just cook my own stuff or eat food that doesn't require preparation; such as fruits, peanuts and bagels. I don't mind cooking, but I hate the cleanup afterwards.
Breakfast: Either oatmeal or cereal (Options for cereal are Multi Grain Cheerios and shredded wheat)
Mid-morning snack: An apple or banana
Lunch: A sandwich or steak burrito
Afternoon snack: A high-quality protein bar
Dinner: Salmon, included with rice, a salad, and asparagus
This is what I typically eat for each meal; not everything compiled in the same day. For one day a month, I disregard my healthy eating habits for junk food (yesterday I had about 3/4 of a pumpkin pie since my Thanksgiving dinner didn't include Thanksgiving soul food (all replaced with Mexican food, ugh). Water is the only liquid I've been drinking for the past month. I hardly ever eat canned goods, junk food, dairy products, "energy" food, and at restaurants (excluding Mashita's). I can cook, yet I still have much to learn.
Well, I like to cook. My girlfriend isn't good at cooking, so I do most of the cooking. Besides, cooking is a very relaxing thing. I pour myself a glass of beer, put something on the TV (the game, a movie) and start cooking. It's relaxing and rewarding, cause you create something. I also rarely cook by the book. I always add something new, always change the recipe a bit. And the meal always tastes very good. I often handle the main course and my girlfriend makes the salad. I find salad making boring, so she does that. Plus, she does conventional salads better than me.
Now, if it's making a Ceasar salad with chicken and fish and the yoghurty-dressing, or any other special salad, I make that.
I rarely eat breakfast and for lunch I have leftovers from the last dinner. (Unless at work, then I have no lunch)
For dinner, we always cook something nice. If we are too lazy, we buy something and throw it on the barbecue.
I also avoid fast food. It's rubbish and doesn't taste that good
I try to eat somewhat healthy. I usually try to avoid boxed and packaged foods and eat stuff that is fresh or has to be cooked. I try to consume adequate zinc so my loads will be more explosive.
Go to the store and buy things you'll cook. Spaghetti is easy if you buy canned sauce.. you can get bratwurst, boil in 2 cans beer for 20 mins then put em in a skillet wit bell pepper n onion to brown and put it on a bun with mustard.
I really got into cooking out of necessity now that I live alone but I love it. Start cooking simple meals its easy
I usually make porridge in the morning
Then a ham role and a pack of crisps and some fruit for lunch.
Then my mam will usually make me dinner, which is usually chicken and rice as i'm on a strict diet.
And i usually snack when im getting annoyed on the Xbox
I make mostly casseroles and hashes which take about 30-60 minutes. I make enough to last two or three days. It's nicer than eating out.
I work in food prep but idk how they make half the food there, I usually buy it for lunch/dinner when I work. I also make pancakes and French toast a lot.. and this is probably super lazy but I rather drink things that are filling than have to eat. There's a good smoothie shop at my university and a burger place with hand spun milkshakes
I use a service that delivers me the ingredients I need to cook three meals for two, once a week. I'm not as keen on it as I used to be and I'm thinking of postponing it indefinitely. It has mostly good meals, but often has foods I don't like and it's difficult for me to get them to people who will eat them. Plus, I'm just too fucking tired to cook at the end of the day.
Before that, I'd cook batches and freeze portions for work lunch, then forget to have dinner.
Basically if its not ready-to-eat, I don't eat it. I really like to cut cabbage up and put it in vinegar and add salt to the top.. That's one of my favourites. Other than that, chips and sandwiches from work. Literally that's all I eat. I usually eat once every other day or every other two days. I can't eat more than that or I start to gag and will throw it up. Don't know why.. But yeah, I am really picky and eat weird.
Sorry for the wall of text.
I drink a lot of fluids, I have a constant thirst. Food gives me a sense of guilt and shame, on top of a stomach ache. But I still try to eat a few times a week =)
I love eating different types of food but I don't care much for cooking because I have chronic myofascial pain which is similar to fibromyalgia.
