The one thing that can really unnerve me is high-pressure public performance (which I think I am getting over), so I wanted to throw this out there and see other people's views on this.

Nothing terrifies me more than being on my death bed and regretting the things I hadn't done.
Well, you only have to die once :D and normally you don't think about it, unless something suddenly happens like a car accident. But if you HAVE TO speak publicly in front of school or in a meeting, that is a lot more likely to happen and a lot scarier.
Heck yes there are. I know people who are scared spitless of speaking in front of people. Generally, they have little or no self-confidence in themselves or their abilities.
Seeing a spider on the kitchen ceiling, turning around for a second and then looking back to see that it's not there anymore.
Being alone with spiders. Wait-- if they're spiders, I'm not alone!

i fear death i had paranoia and ocd but by relaxation techniques and exercise it has subsided but i fear death because after death there is nothing for ever.
I think the thing I would be most afraid of is being slowly tortured.
As far as public performance goes, I love doing that. I am a musician and playing live shows in front of an audience is the best experience ever for me.
