    You get it eventually. It was 3-4 months before I got my downvote button. I think it has to do with the number of karma (upvotes) you have. Just comment and give good advice regularly, I'm sure you'll get it.

    I think that the devs should include the names of the people who upvote on downvote publicly. The info would be displayed by hovering the mouse or finger on the icon.
