Eat like a horse and sleep like a baby my friend. You'll need to work out your whole core not just your abs. Drink your milk 1/2 gallon to a gallon a day. Chicken, Salmon, mixed nuts, yogurt and beef are going to be your best friends for the next few months. Remember this isn't going to happen over night. Make sure you eat enough calories (thats the hard and expensive part) to support your new muscle grown and never lack on sleep. Thats when the body repairs itself.

Find a work out regiment that works for you. Lifting only gets you so far. Don't forget cardio and take care of your heart.

23 year old boy? You're the same guy who posted about wanting to "enjoy" your sister!

Well, you should eat lots of buttermilk pancakes with Bacon and make sure you get plenty of rest everyday. Try not to strain yourself with vigorous exercise, and when it comes to sugar remember the best kind is high fructose corn syrup.
    :-)

    An 'Is is normal?' question?

Anyway, I'll comment 'cause I feel like it.

I lose fat and get a shadow around the top two-pack, when I eat in a way that works for my gut. That way is eating meat, fruits, and vegetables, as well as rice or potatoes in moderate amounts.

Six pack usually goes with doritos and potato chips.

Now, I'm glad I didn't make a comment with a joke in it, 'cause yours is much better than what I could come up with.

Usually foods high in protein are recommended for muscle building. You also have to consume a lot of calories. How much, I think depends on height. If you drink energy drinks, only drink them after you've had a workout. The sugars are supposed to replenish the body.

It's a shame that anime7 isn't hasn't been on here. He was doing body building and should be more qualified to give advice on this, than myself.

Hamburgers and brats are good with a six pack.

The exercise is far more important than the food, but I'd guess high protein things are a good idea.
