I would personally say that someone is in the prime of his/her life at 30.

Depends on the life paths taken and how vain you are. For some, forties is where its at. You've worked hard, have money and time to spend it. If you aren't hung up on not having your twenty year old body anymore than you're having the most intense sex ever. Oh, that's just me?
I'd say it varies from person to person. I'm over 30 and feel like things are better than they used to be but there's plenty of room for improvement in many aspects. I guess I've only just begun.
I don't know about anyone else, but I believe my prime was my early 30's. You know, about the time Brutus killed Caesar.
