Wet all the time?

I'm a female, and I usually wear pantie liners because if I didn't my panties would "get wet" everyday. It happens all the time, even when I'm not thinking anything perverted at all. I always change in a bathroom stall instead of out in the open in a locker room because I don't want people to see that my underwear is wet, why does that happen to me all the time?
