Weird stuff that appears in my ear.

If I leave certain earrings in for a while, inside my piercings this somewhat mushy black stuff seems to build up there. It doesn't smell bad as if it were mold or anything, so it confuses me. Especially because not all earrings do it.

    Mine will get dark green in them from cheap earings.

    A lot of fake jewelry does this. It leaves a residue in the earing hole and sometimes first and stuff gets trapped in there. It's no biggie

    same. i idk what it is. but when i was at a track meet, i hadnt taken my earings out for like literally 3 weeks. and i took them out in a rush. and put them in my coach's hand. and they were really gross.

    This happens when you leave cheap or not quality metal earrings in for to long. Just like if your wearing a ring on your finger and it turns your finger green. Its the same thing. And i know your thinking "but this stuff is black" but trust me... its the same thing. Its black bc its not exposed to air and its moist. You can get most of it out if you squeeze it kind of like a pimple.

    I think it's just not normal to smell the crust left in ur earring hole. Or at least to tell ppl u do.

    It can also be a build up if body oil, dirt, and conditioner.
