Weird stomach...

My stomach will make weird noises for no reason.Like I will think maybe im hungry and I eat and it doesnt stop.It doesnt hurt or anything and it goes away after a while.I dont think its a disease because it happens a lot and I feel normal.I think it might be a chabge in my diet,regardless is that normal?

PS:Not a fun expierence in public

    it happens because ur digesting still and it goes away when it done
