If some one tricks someone into thinking they are their husband or boyfriend for the purposes of sex is it rape?

Like say at a Halloween party you purposefully wear the same mask as the husband of a girl you want to fuck, or even more extreme you get some Hollywood level face masks done to look like the girl's boyfriend and pass yourself off as their boyfriend/husband to get them to have sex with you.
I'm just curious as I'm not sure what my own opinion on this is, what do you people think?
