Weird dream experience i had this morning?

I don't know why this happens to me but I'll explain.

This morning, I had a very sexual dream about another woman, where I have oral to her, but at the same time; it felt like I was actually doing it irl. When I woke up, my tongue felt very weird, tingly, as if I had just actually performed oral sex on a woman.

To include, I have Also have had dreams where I have kissed people, but it felt like it was real.
