Weight issue

i'm an 18 year old girl & i've always been underweight my whole life even though i eat heaps & hardly exercise... up until about a year ago. then i started putting on a little bit of weight (i was a solid size 8 australian) i kinda freaked cos even though people told me i was looking more healthier, being skinny was what i'd always known so i started dieting & skipping meals to the point where i couldn't eat or i'd feel sick. i'm now barely a size 6 but when i look in the mirror i don't think i look any skinnier and i feel guilty when i eat junk food and won't eat the next day to make up for it. is this normal?

Don't pressure yourself about how you look buddy! Doesn't matter if you're skinny or fat, just try to stay healthy and well hydrated, and you'll be fine because that's what really matters, YOUR HEALTH! But if you really want to deal with this because of your appearence, i suggest you to make an appointment with a nutritinist and a psychologist.

Please girl, you sound thin enough, I'm a size 14 and sexy as hell. Well at least the men think so. And so do I. Accept yourself no matter what your weight. There's more important things in life than how thin u are. Like Shopping!

You dont wanna be boney thats for sure, if you have a consistant eating plan of 3 meals a day you'll stay the way you are. Skipping meals makes the body thinks its starving and can hold on to what you eat. Thats why its good to eat consistantly so ur body doesnt worry

Sounds like a budding eating disorder. You don't have to worry about your weight; if you're naturally skinny, eat a healthy diet and get some exercise and you should go to your normal weight.
