Weight gain and associated troubles.

Weight gain and associated troubles?
Hi there guys.

I'm 180cms tall and I weigh 60 kgs. I'm a hardgainer and I've tried a couple of methods to gain weight. The first one was including chicken as a part of my dinner, on a daily basis, which did NOT give me the required results, if any at all.

I now drink 2 litres of milk each day, which I've been continuing for the last one-and-a-half months, with no results whatsoever. Also please note that I am moderately active and I play football(soccer, for you Americans), on the weekends, for around 45 mins.

I do not have time to hit the gym. What am I doing wrong? Why am I not gaining any weight? Any suggestions would be extremely appreciable.

PS: No 6 meals a day answers please, I'm too busy to do it. My daily protocol involves leaving the home at 0700 hrs and returning back at 1900hrs.

Thank you

  • Alright you really want to gain some weight, one answer :

Fried Animal Fat, eat it, drink it, slather it on your body like its sunscreen, but get it inside you anyway you possibly can.

Believe me you will be amazed by the results.

You need more exercise ( not involves to running ) for example you need push up, sit up or buy some dumbbell for working out. If it's possible go to gym.
