Weight advice and a question
First I need some advise, i've lost 2 stone by eating less and doing daily 5 mile walks but it's taking too long, I'm self concious of my weight so I refuse to go jogging so everyone can see me jiggle but walking isn't enough, I was wondering if anyone knew of any effective weight loss exercises I can do untill i loose enough to go jogging.
Secondly I wanted to know if I was being paranoid, I'm planning to spend 110 pounds on a Franklin and Marshall hooded varsity jacket which is far more than I've spent on a piece of clothing before and was wondering if I should wait. Plenty of clothes and jackets would suit me as a larger person but I cant help feel that an XXL varsity jacket would just look rediculous, am I just being paranoid?
