Week-long power diet!!

I have pledged starting tomorrow to eat nothing but meat, fruit and vegetables for one whole week. It's going to be tough but I think I can do it!

Does anyone want to buddy up with me for moral support?

    Why bother dieting for a week? It's pointless. You will make no long term and noticeable difference to your body. You'll just be pissed for a week. If you're going to do it, do it for several months. Then you'll see some results.

    My brother plans to do that exact diet all semester long. It's part of his workout routine. He loaded up on carbs and other junk last semester and now he's gonna start building more muscle this semester. So he isn't gonna eat anymore carbs to slim down and get toner.

    Heh! It took me a while to work out what you were cutting out from your diet. I'm still not sure. Is it rice and pasta or biscuits and stuff?

      Hahaha, I did the same thing. It seems like they're avoiding processed sugars and complex carbohydrates, and I'm not sure I understand what the goal is.
