Weed is legal now!

Weed is legal = me smoking weed.

Everything is so diferent now.

It was legal where I live a few years back. I am pro-cannabis in terms of legality but I also pro-education and that people know the health risks (the real health risks, not the gossip). If alcohol and nicotine are legal (with health risks known), I don't see cannabis any differently. I don't think it's a gateway drug, either.

I do think the biggest amount of shit is talked about it, though. On both sides.

Needs to be legalized in many more places.

While I don't like painting myself as street trash, I hung around that scene and buying weed, for someone who innocently wants to smoke weed, in an area where weed is illegal, period, can be dangerous.

I was usually the hook up for people who didn't want to take the risk of knowing people that could hurt them. Unfortunately, because I lived in that neighborhood and went outside, it was unavoidable for me. It should not be so dangerous and risky (especially considering to someone who is not too familiar with pot, the stuff being laced with harder drugs presents a danger that the unseasoned stoner may not be able to identify) to buy some weed.

Make weed legal and let the market do it's work. Before you know it, it will be as cheap and easy to get it as it as cigarettes. When it's just as cheap to buy marijuanna at the pharmacy as it is to buy it off those cholos I used to hang around, they'll lose business. Most of the revenues gotten by the MS13 (major drug dealing gang) are from Marijuanna. I'd personally like to see those Domestic Terrorists lose business.

Oh and the health benefits and shit. Yeah.

I think it's kind of ridiculous cannabis prohibition has gone on as long as it has. Not legal in my state yet but it's only a matter of time. :D

I really don't care, it being illegal has never stopped anyone anyway. I think the only people who are excited are weed smokers cause they don't have to hide it anymore.
Personally Ive never liked weed, I prefer alcohol or legal stuff like Xanax. Weed made me smile like an idiot till my face hurt and gave me a migraine after.

About time that it is legal.

I'm never going to take it. It seems to be anti social in the same way smoking cigarettes is. There are lots of legal things that are still not a good idea. However other people are welcome to smoke weed if they want, I'd just prefer it if they didn't do it around me.

I'm from Colorado and it's legalized here. The feds still have a problem though. And we don't know exactly where to buy it... :/ I'm planning on growing my own when I move out of my parents house.

At least that's one step to defeating hypocrisy.

I don't smoke weed anymore but that's just a personal choice and I don't believe there is anything wrong with getting high. Some of my favourite memories were when me and my friends were all stoned. I think legalizing weed is a step in the right direction, people should be able to have the freedom to choose what they put into their body. As I've mentioned before I get magic mushrooms growing in my garden and it would be illegal for me to go outside and eat them which gives me a headache just thinking about how ridiculous that is.
