Like the title says. Is it normal to wear the same bra for a month or more? I take daily showers and sweat minimally. It's not like underwear. I change that every shower and I'm not a dirty person...but just the bra thing.
Sometimes I wear the same bra for a few days, but not longer than that. After a while it gets too much sweat and residue on it, so you should change it more often.
I'm a clean person and I wear the same bra for months, only taken off when I shower or sleep. My boobs are totally normal, no skin conditions. Believe me, you won't die by wearing the same bra for a while. It's totally normal.
Maybe I'm gross or something but I think it’s normal.. I only have 2 bra’s and I wear the same one every day and wash it when I wash my clothes every two weeks or so probably. The only time I wear the other one is if I wear a strapless shirt or something.
How could 50% of people think this is normal. I think it sounds not normal and dirty.
I've think the longest I've ever gone was a few days or maybe it was a week.
Haha I do this. How can these other posters possibly have enough bras to be washing them every single day? That's madness!
Well, I would rather not wear a Bra :) but like people in my country say: Cada loco con su cuento ;)
Gross. Bacteria can form on your breast.Either wash the bras you have or buy some new ones.
I suppose if you're a very clean person and you have smaller boobs... I don't mean that in a rude way but since I'm a bit more chesty, I have to wash my bras after wearing them for a couple days (up to a week, max), to bring back the "spring" in them.
Though, honestly, I'm a fairly clean person and I still think it's a little gross to wear something that's right next to your skin for that long. After all, even if it appears clean, it's still probably full of dead skin since we shed skin all day.
I have this one awesome bra I love I wear it alot but you should probably wash it at night then wear it the next day!
i change my bra every other day, youll end up getting a skin condition like that, its not very clean...
