Wearing the dress

I have a family day event tomorrow, I have a lovely coloured striped dress but I haven't worn a dress for a long time it's not me well wasn't I don't because i get self conscious it is a family event and I'm worried what they'll say and think... I haven't worn a dress since I was little and it is a little out there.

Am I being stupid ?

I don't think you have a thing to worry about, honestly why would your family say something lime that? Anyways isnt it going to be hot? Would you rather wear pants/shorts instead and get sweaty? Believe me as a guy if I could get away with a dress, I certainly would if could reduce my body temperature... Even if it is a floral dress...

My family is not used to seeing me in a dress, either. Well, my family has never seen me wearing a dress, I am a guy, but also I am a crossdresser. Females get to wear the things all the time that I would Love to be able to wear everyday. Try wearing tights or some pantyhose if you might be getting the perverted family hitting on you. Otherwise, embrace and enjoy it.

I'd like to see girls in skirts and dresses even if it's
like something casual not real dressy i am a older guy
age 48 so yeah i still think girls look really cute, in a
casual dress or even casual skirt.

Your not used to dressing in dress so yes your normal.

Dresses and skirts look really nice on women, so go for it; they can get use to it.

    I haven't worn a dress since my poor grandma's funeral in 2009.
