Was there chemistry between us?

I like this kid and I made eye contact with him one time at a concert. Once he saw me; he couldn't stop looking at me. He would turn his head away and turning it back towards me several times. He walked up to me while making strong eye contact with me. It was so weird because when I make eye contact with people I hardly know, I turn away quickly from embarrassment. But I just kept staring at him and he was doing the same. It was as if nobody else was in the room and it was only me and him. It felt right and comforting. Anyway we held our eye contact for about 4 to 5 seconds and then he said hey and hugged me and I said hey and then he walked off quickly. I think he got embarrass because he was looking at me a lot or is just shy and didn't know what else to say or had to go to the bathroom. My friend was by my side and I asked her later on if she saw me and him making eye contact. She said yea there was something there. Just to let you know I never felt that way before in my life and I was so alienated from that feeling. Do you think we had chemistry?
