Was my high normal or not?

OK so a few weeks ago me and 4 mates were having some cones, The weed was really bright green and moist and a lot of white fibers. Now i don't know if this is normal or not, Most weed I've had has been fairly different but i'm not much of a smoker but neither are my mates, I've had weed from the same dealer several times before only ever just a few cones but it never really affected me that much just a little bit of a high, I'm 6'5 80 kg's . I always smoke it straight with no spin through a glassy bong, But this one time i'm talking about we all only had just one cone each, All with no spin the effects where instant 3 of my mates passed out within about 30 minutes to an hour me and this girl i was with didn't pass out but we could barely move i didn't know what was going on i didn't even looked stoned, My eyes where not red or anything neither where hers but after about an hour of barely be able too move we decided to go the shops its took us about an 40 minutes too get there walking when its only like a 15 minute walk after being in the shop for like 20 minutes only buying a few items and taking like 5 minutes too scan them at the self checkout we went and sat at a table at the food court we sat there for about 2 hours it felt like 20 minutes i felt like i was half asleep but half awake and i just stared at nothing and my mind was blank and my body wasn't doing what i wanted it too do, Eventually after struggling too get up and go home we decided to catch the bus since we took so long too walk there the bus stopped it took us both so long to react when it stopped the bus already closed its doors and we where still sitting not even realizing so we had too wave it down and get on. After getting too our stop clearly seeing it neither of us hit the stop button and by the time we did we where way past the bus stop we intended too get off as if everything was going too fast for our bodies and brains too react. This lasted from about 1 pm until 12 that night when we got back everyone was still passed out they didn't wake until the next day. When it was happening i didn't panic or feel scared or even get the munchies i actually felt kind of sick, i was just blank and lost, I didn't even look stoned and time just flew past it was the weirdest thing that ever happened, iv'e never done other drugs. I got on from the same dealer a few days later had 2-3 times as much as that day still straight and same bong and the high lasted a measly 30 minutes. Does anyone know what happened and why?
