Was my acid trip normal

About a year ago, a buddy of mine got his hands on two LSD tablets and didn't want to do it alone, so he gave me one of them. We decided that I would go first and when I came down, he would do his. Up until then, all I'd ever done was weed. I took my tab and after about 20 minutes, my vision began to fade. After a while, I started hearing this soft hissing noise and then, I started feeling these shapes moving around me. I can only explain it as when you can feel someone watching you. Only I could feel them moving around me. If I tried to move, I felt the most intense pain I'd ever felt in my life. I have no idea how long this lasted, but my buddy said I had been passed out for about 4 hours and the whole time, I was muttering in complete gibberish. Is this normal because I thought I was gonna see a bunch of pretty colours and eat strawberries with willie nelson or some shit...

    The title of your post is oxymoronic. Acid trip and normal in the same sentence... nahh.

    Plus these days if you don't know the supplier personally and can trust him, you never really know what you're getting..

    there's a bunch of research chemicals floating around these days that make you trip that people pass off as acid, some of them even fit on a blotter. They are no where near the same kind of experience.

    You want some LSD you are going to have to get in a time machine and go back to the 1990s cos there was plenty of it around then.

    I don't think there's really a definition of a "normal" experience on lsd. But since you passed out I think you got some bunk stuff so im glad your alive and ok though!

    There is no such thing as a normal psychedelic experience. However, I would say that your experience was quite different than what people usually experience with acid. There was no insights, nothing like that, just hours of disassociation. This does not sound like ego death either, but more like disassociation. You could have gotten something other than acid, I'd post this story on bluelight or another drug forum and see what people have to say. it doesn't sound like you had a bad experience, just got totally catatonic for a long time

        <a href="http://bluelight.org" rel="nofollow">bluelight.org</a> post the story on here see what they say, there are people who have more knowledge of drug experiences than me. To me this trip sounds very disassociative, but I guess one could get that kind of experience from acid

    It is highly unlikely you actually had LSD 25. It is very had to make and there is not a large market for it, so no one is producing it commercially, today.
    More than likely you had a combination of tranquilizers and perhaps a bit of drain cleaner or the like, mixed in. Basically, you are a fool to take any street drug today, if you do not know the source, and I know you don't want to hear it, and probably think I'm an old fogy and couldn't care less what I say, but it could easily kill you.

      Yuh, acid isn't something you just pick up on the street anymore man, I've only found good clean 100% acid once bruh, ONCE, and I regret letting that connect get away to this day. Just talking about it makes me sad, have you ever seen a sunbeam? Like really seeeeeeen a sunbeam? Hahahaha
