    I don't think he was a poser. He made awesome music, that's all that matters to me.

    He was a legend. but he ripped off alot of riffs from the Melvins and other bands. i wouldnt call melvins grunge. theyre just heavy metal. like proto-sludge. they inspired Eyehategod Sourvein and alot of sludge bands. but im being off topic

    In my opinion his music hasn't aged well.

    In the 90s I liked it, but I've tried to listen to it recently and now I think it's just annoying.

    He deserves a lot of credit for being successful at something new though.
