When I was younger my older brother put his hand down my shirt and wouldn't stop. I kept telling for him to stop and tried to run away but he wouldn't let me.

    Depends on the ages. If you were both like real little it probably wasn't anything. A good indication would be whether you had boobs at the time or not.

    Down u shirt? Are u a girl? If u were THAT young too then yeah... I don't think so. Sure, child on child sexual abuse is the most common form of adolescent abuse... But I don't think this is a case of one. Just kids being kids.
