Want to immigrate(or at least study) in a western country, but which?

Hey gang! Urban professional from the developing word here, currently doing a BA in Political Science and planning to hopefully complete my postgrad somewhere across the water, preferably in a western country where English is the main language I interested in a masters of international security from the University of Sydney but i'm fairly versatile. (Hence the poll choices)

This being a website full of people from the western world who can speak English I figured it would work just fine, Just to clarify, i'm white (I.e European descendant) and speak English fluently with zero to no accent, so I suppose I could very easily fit in after a few years of the local culture business environment and slang starts rubbing off on me, but I would like to get the low down on how the different poll choices are so far as living costs, crime, healthcare, education system and societal acceptance of foreigners goes.
