Want a "mommy" girlfriend?

I want a girlfriend that acts kind of like a mom. I've never found my mom sexually attractive and I actually find incest pretty gross. Yet the thought of an older and attractive woman scolding me like a caring mother or making me a schedule for my day or maybe just showing idk "motherly love" sounds appealing. I wouldn't think of or get excited by her sexually thinking of her as a mom. I'd think of her sexually as any other normal woman. As for our relationship I'd like her to be in charge but motherly.
