Walmart has worse pharmacy because it's cheaper?

I have found the service at Walmart pharmacy to have worse service than many other pharmacys, more incompetent and ruder service than other pharmacys. Walmart pharmacys are also cheaper than the other pharmacys I've been to, which is why I switched to Walmart. It seems like pharmacys are just like most other things in which you get what you pay for. Anyone else notice that cheaper pharmacys automatically equal worse service, and that's why Walmart pharmacys sucks so bad?
