Waking up sometimes to find my underwear laying across my room

Ok this doesnt happen now but it was only at my old house when i was like 10 or 9 i was at this house were my room was big it was upstairs with a little attic door sometimes when i fell asleep in my underwear i wake up to find it all away across my room like litterly in the conor of my room like 6 feet away from my bed and not trying to sound fake but while i was living in that house me and my sister went in my little attic and i found a picture in the cracks of the wood floor in there of a little girl in a black and white photo i think i put the photo back i think but sometimes when im in my room i find the attic door open which creep me out my parents told me the open door was just the wind we dont live there anymore because we moved out because of the black mold in the wall but i do feel like im being watched sometimes my newest house in my newest house im living at i see things somtimes like moving shadows Ex: i went to my moms bathroom to get a towl when i took a bath i saw a shadow like someone was in the bathroom (there are 2 hallways on both sides so the bathroom is another room) and it was moving around when i went in no one was in there.
