Waking up between 3:30 and 4 o'clock every morning

So, about a week ago, i began waking up at 3:30 to 4:00 AM every morning, it doesn't matter if i go to be early or if i go to bed late, it still keeps happening. This is very out of character for me because i could always sleep in to about 12 pm on any day. even on school days i wouldn't wake up at this time, and when my mom wakes me up at 6:30 it's a real hassle. Also before, i would never dream, or at least i would never remember my dreams, but now i have them and remember them and wake up in the middle of one. They aren't usually scary. only once when i had a dream that my dad was having a heart attack and i woke up crying at 3:45 am, but that was only once, the rest are beautiful and so vividly colored and happy, and really really amazing to be quite honest, i've realized my over active imagination that i had when i was a kid is indeed still there... but it's so unusual. the dreams are unusual... like weird. i wont go into details unless you'd like me to.

Both are normal 22

I wake up 3 times a night on average and suffer from chronic insomnia. I used to sleep 8-10 hours without waking up. I hate it and it kills my eyes and soul every day. If you find the serum, let me know.

I once has a similar problem when i was going through a rough patch with a boyfriend. He worked till 4 am and used to text around that time so my body woke itself t check if hed left any messages. Waking up around this time can usually mean you have something on your mind, it will soon pass

Most people will say they dont need an alarm clock to wake up bcuz they can just tell themself to wake up @ 8 (or whenevet) & they will. Its pretty easy.. Now u can use that same techniaue to tell urself ur not gonna wake up at that time anymore, & ur gonna get good rest.

I'm going to attempt to be helpful for a brief moment.

One sleeps in cycles lasting about 90 minutes apiece. Between each of these there is a period of near-wakefulness. It could be that your circadian rhythms are set to complete a sleep cycle at about that time, but for whatever reason you reach a fully awakened state instead of immediately starting another sleep cycle. If you're being woken up during the following sleep cycle, it will understandably be difficult to get up.

Okay, now back to being an asshole.

    Your dick is small.

I do that every so often where there will be like a two week period where everyday I just wake up at 3:45 am. And it's like clockwork. I just wake up. And look at the clock and it say 3:45 (or whatever time it decides to be this round) @and then just roll over and force myself to go back to sleep.
