    Nobody says ya’ll in the UK. I assumed it was more of a Southern thing in the US.

    Those are more generational; originating from gen z. I grew up in rural Arkansas and my teenage years featured my peers all saying "fam".

    It's not necessarily true, but it's certainly more common there. The midwest uses it fairly often.

    You'll hear it be used in rural areaa across the country. Urban areas will typically stray from it.

      Ya'll means: all of you people. The people who you are talking to.
      Example, talking to a group of people:
      ' Ya'll come to my house for some beers.'
