Volume on tv has to be an even number or a multiple of five
When I change the volume on my TV, I have to have it at an even number or a multiple of five.
If the volume is at, say, 19, I have to put it to 20, even if 19 is perfect.

Maybe it isn't normal but i'm the same way. My dad has a thing about the number 3 and I like the number 4 so that's the multiples we keep our tv's at. If we are watching the tv together it has to be 12. I feel stupid just typing that :|
I do it too. Multiples of five or ten. Numbers with three and seven especially bother me.
i need multiples or divisors of 5. I.E. 10, great, 5 fine, 2.5 awesome, 2 i can stand because its close to 2.5...but my volume on my computer is only even numbers...i essentially have 10 volume settings on the computer.
I'm the same way! The volume for anything can only be on certain even and odd numbers. But anything passed 32- I don't care what number it's on. Weird, huh?
Me too me too me too haha! Oh one more - me too! to make four =P I think everyone has a touch of OCD about em. I just think odd numbers are ugly >_>
I have to have an odd number that I like or an odd number with a "0.5," in the case of my TV. It's just a thing that some people do.
im the same way!! idk if its normal or not, but it seems completely harmless, so who really cares?
for me its not too big of a deal, but i like it to be a multiple of 5. like if someone turns to volume to 33 i just turn it up two or down two.
i have suspected that i might have slight ocd though. not to the point that i would need therapy or drugs or its taking over my life, but i do have my things like making sure numbers are even and stuff.
i think its fine, as long as youre still happy and its not a big deal and youre not constantly doing things like this.
Haha yeah for me it always has to en in. 0,2,6,8, or 9. If it isn't I get really paranoid and I have to change it :)
I do that too. But I also find it very funny -not- to do it, chose an "ugly" number like 17 and use it volontary.
What a relief - I thought I was the only one who did this! I take it to the next level though. The car radio, my CD Player, in fact anything that has a numbered volume readout. I've tried leaving it on an odd number just to prove to myself that I can do it, but I start feeling really uneasy and eventually have to change it. Multiples of 5 are OK and also prime numbers. What does this weird obsession mean?
