Is it normal to have frequent and graphically violent thoughts? Should I be concerned?

    I dont know if its normal but I have them on a daily basis. Even about people I know and like. They are incredibly violent some times, and I find sometimes I am a million miles away when it happens and eventually snap back to reality.

    It happens still i never have the desire to do any of it in real life thats what games are for...
