Vicodin...from god?

About 3 years ago I got my wisdom teeth out and I was prescribed hydrocodone. Well about a year later, I ran out of Tylenol, so I thought "Hey, what the hell..." and popped one into my mouth. It was more than I could imagine. I swear to God if I had ADD (which I suspect I do) this would be my Ritalin. I can study and concentration and do everything more quickly and efficiently. Is it normal that Vicodin does this for me?

Yeah soon the vicodine will stop hitting you because you will gain a tollerance and you might move on the percosets, then Oxycontin, and after your tollerence is so high you wont wanna pay 40$ a pill, theres heroin, the root of vicodine, 10$ a bag...

    natural opium is pretty great. kind of skeptical about the derivatives and concentrated extractions, but hey, they seem to agree with some people. i used to want to plant papaver somniferum and indica in all the roadside ditches so the people could have free medicine, but in reality it would probably taste like motor oil. i'm sure people would get greedy with it too.

      Yeah, I wouldn't recommend planting anything for harvest in a roadside ditch. But your yard is fine, in small quantities. Don't be obvious about it. I had a neighbor that grew them and people didn't steal them or anything. And he was a super conservative ex marine. He just liked plants.

If you suspect you have ADD, Vicodin may seem to help, but it doesn't really help long term & is very easy to get addicted to. So don't use the ADD as an excuse to take Vicodin. Seeing a doctor & getting medication specifically for ADD would be much better.

  taking amphetamine salts would be better than viocodin? i think they're both a bad idea if somebody doesn't have the willpower to stop as soon as they notice a tolerance, regardless of what a doctor says.

the crazy thing about ADD is that everyone has it. If you have trouble paying attention to things you aren't interested in, then you have ADD. I think that's just about everyone. It's an excuse to throw drugs at people so they'll fall in line and serve the man. and it makes it easier for shitty parents to deal with their spoiled children.

It isnt normal to feel that way from vicodin but yea im with everyone else dont get addicted

It won't stay like tht. If you keep taking it, you will destroy your body and your personality even though you don't think you are. If you keep doing it and try to stop, you'll experience symptoms of withdrawal from the drug, like headaches, body aches, vomiting, tired, and much more worse symptoms. I suggest you stop now.

The last few times I had it presricbed for pain they just knocked me out. I slept for hours. I don't know if insve ADD or not but I know they are not good to get addicted to. As much as I would love to take them to mellow out it's not worth dealin with the reprocussion of the afterwards. ( btw most meds don't seem to hit me as strong as this one did)
