Untrustworthy for no reason!

For some reason I just can not trust people! I am always on the look out for danger and I can't be picked up by anyone even my dad : ( I mean it's ridiculous I always expect my friends to turn their backs on me or lie to me! I can't understand why because nothing really bad or traumatic has ever happened to me to make me fear people. It doesn't control my life but it gets to me somedays! Any ideas why I'm like this?

    You believe people are going to hurt you, so it's safer to distrust everyone by default. Soul search, find the route cause and work from there.

    Well, you have to figure out why you're feeling this way. You can't trust everyone single person in the planet, but there are some people out there who are definitely trust worthy. You should get to know people, and see how they really are. You never know when you're going to need someone in the future.

    Did you have a boyfriend cheat on you? Did someone betray you or spread mean rumors about you? I have trust issues. I don't trust anyone. It's sad and all, but it's not uncommon, even if you didn't experience trauma.
